5. **Bonus** — 2-3 things that are nice-to-have, clearly separated.
6. **Compensation** — include the actual range. Always.
7. **How to apply** — one specific instruction (link, email, prompt question).
Rules:
- No "rockstar", "ninja", "guru", "fast-paced environment", "wear many hats".
- No years-of-experience requirements unless legally required.
- Be honest about what's hard about the job.
- Include the salary range.
